Georgia Federal Judge Overturns His Initial Reversal of Restraining Order; “R.O. Still Stands”

Some good news, fellow Patriots! According to attorney Lin Wood, a federal judge in Georgia upheld a temporary R.O. (restraining order) late Sunday evening, barring election officials from erasing or tampering with Dominion voting machines per Sidney Powell’s request for forensic expert access and analysis.

A total of three different orders had been declared to the public throughout Sunday, causing back-and-forth confusion amongst what exactly was occuring in the state of Georgia. Earlier in the afternoon, a restraining order was granted to halt any tampering with voting machines. Hours later, U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr. overturned his initial order as defendants stated that the applicable parties were not labeled in the suit and the machines were no longer in their possession.

Further he stated -“Plaintiffs’ request fails because the voting equipment that they seek to impound is in the possession of county election officials. Any injunction the court issues would extend only to defendants and those within their control, and plaintiffs have not demonstrated that county election officials are within defendants’ control. Defendants cannot serve as a proxy for local election officials against whom the relief should be sought.”

Basically, in less confusing terms. The correct county election board members were not properly listed in the suit. It was amended to include the correct board members who did, in fact, have possession of the voting machines. Finally at 10:10 on Sunday evening, Judge Batten reversed his initial overturned ruling, upholding the R.O. He further declared that defendants (aka county board members in Georgia) must respond against the amended plaintiff’s motion for a forensic expert analysis in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee counties no later than December 2nd at 5PM.

The defendant’s brief must set forth “in detail the factual bases they have, if any, against allowing the three forensic inspections. The brief should be accompanied and supported by affidavit or other evidence, if appropriate.”

The board must “promptly produce to plaintiffs a copy of the contract between the state and Dominion.” They are also banned from altering, destroying, or erasing, any software or data on any Dominion voting machine in the 3 counties listed.

A great win for Georgia. We are up against the clock here, but keep the faith Patriots.
The mainstream media won’t report the truth but Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are fighting hard for our democracy and our freedom.
