Dominion Voting Systems: Not Allowed to Operate in Missouri Since October 2019

According to Republican Missouri legislator Justin Hill, Dominion Voting Systems was dissolved and revoked in Missouri in 2019 due to the company’s failure to pay franchise and income tax.

Any Dominion operations in the state would be considered “illegal” as of October 28 of last year, when Secretary of State John Ashcroft issued an “Administrative Dissolution” to the voting software company. Dominion was banned from operating and doing any more business in the state, and was further required to liquidate and “wind up” any business affairs.
